Our Story

Cantinflas Restaurant is a privately owned, authentic Mexican restaurant located in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC.  Our Award Winning Mexican Menu is geared for healthy choices including Gluten-Free, Vegan, Peanut-Free and many Vegetarian Choices. We have something for every member of the family including: Steaks, Fish, Seafood, Pasta, Grilled hand pulled Chicken, and a kids friendly menu. We are the only restaurant downtown serving breakfast all day.

While we have the traditional Mexican favorites like Fajitas, Chilaquiles, Burritos, we are the only restaurant in Greenville with Soy Meatballs, Baked Chips, hand made Lemonade, etc. Our bar has received the Award for The Best Margaritas. Why? Because we make our Margarita with the finest Tequila. Our secret recipe includes fresh Oranges, Limes, Lemons and other fresh ingredients. All our Margaritas are prepared home made. Our home made Sangria is another local favorite. We use imported wine and mix it with our citrus secret recipe until we get the perfect Sangria which make our guests purchase it for their parties by the gallons!
